At Perry, we're committed to providing clear, personalized financial insights through our AI-generated reports. Each report is built based on the data you provide—and designed to help you better understand your habits and patterns.

We offer a limited refund policy to ensure fairness, without compromising the privacy, sustainability, or integrity of the service.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and may include a 10% administrative fee based on processing and support costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Refund eligibility is assessed based on the level of engagement with the product and the documented issue.

2. Report Privacy & Access

All Perry reports are automatically generated based on your submitted data. No human manually reviews, edits, or adjusts any part of your report. Your data remains private and is used solely to generate your report. If needed, we may regenerate a report using the same or corrected inputs, but we will never "fix" or manually modify your results.

3. Refund Eligibility Based on Usage

To maintain fairness, refund eligibility depends on how much of the report was accessed:

  • 0–25% viewed: Eligible for a full refund upon request.
  • 26–50% viewed: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Above 50% viewed: Not eligible for refund unless a technical error is verified.

"Viewed" includes accessing any report content, insight breakdowns, or loading the report for more than 10 seconds.

4. Money-Back Guarantee Conditions

If you're dissatisfied with the report's usefulness, you may be eligible for a refund after completing a resolution step, which involves:

  • Allowing us to regenerate your report (once, based on the same or corrected input)
  • Providing brief feedback on why the original report didn't meet expectations

Refunds under this guarantee are only granted after this process is completed. This ensures we've done our part to make things right before processing a return.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The report was fully accessed or engaged with past the 50% threshold
  • You submitted incorrect or misleading information in the quiz or onboarding
  • The report was purchased during a discount or promotional campaign
  • You expected advice, financial recommendations, or solutions beyond insight generation
  • The request is vague, incomplete, or clearly made in bad faith

6. Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to deny refunds and restrict future access to users who attempt to abuse the refund process, submit repeated claims across accounts, or initiate chargebacks without resolution attempts.

7. Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider. All refunds are returned to the original payment method.

  • Payment reference or screenshot
  • The reason you’re requesting a refund
